Calming Crystal Healing

I went to the Nature and Healing Expo the other day. I had one thing on my mind. To buy this wonderful crystal. I had no idea why or even what it was called. I knew I had to get it. I remember last year, I was drawn to this table that had them. I kept going back and picking it up. I wanted to buy it but I had a list and a budget that I was working from. So, I left my crystal behind.

This year, I was getting my crystal. I could have gotten it before hand but didn't remember and the urge wasn't as strong. The crystal is called Celestite. It's a beautiful light blue. It's a cluster (not the egg that you see here) and the crystals in it remind me of the cave that Superman went to when he went to talk to his parents. I purchased my crystal, brought it home, cleaned it and sat it in the window sill to get some sunlight. The next day I woke up very agitated. Kind of antsy. Not real sure why. So I picked up my crystal and instantly felt calmed. I sat there for a few minutes with my crystal in hand and felt so relaxed.

I wasn't sure why I needed to buy this crystal. I felt antsy and disconnected for a few days but I thought it was because of the new opportunities I was embarking on. I looked up the meaning of my new crystal and found the meaning to resonate with a few things I was going through. "Celestite clears left brain chatter so you can connect with your Higher Guidance." Well, there you have it folks. That is why spirit had guided me to this crystal. My brain has been chit chattin away for some time now that I felt unfocused. Haven't been meditating. Yeah I know, shame on me. When I am not focused, spirit and I cannot connect. Good job spirit for getting us back together. Celestite has calming effects that relaxes and empties your mind, for rest, meditation, or when you need a break from mental concentration." That was me. I love sitting with this crystal early in the morning when everyone else is asleep. Just me, a cup of tea and my celestite crystal before getting my day started.
